St. Joan of Arc Chapel has been approved by Bishop Michael P. Driscoll as a conditional establishment within the jurisdiction of St. George Parish in Post Falls. Father Michael T. Irwin, a member of the Priestly Fraternity of St. Peter, has been assigned as the chaplain. This community currently worships at a rented hall at 2004 N. Lucas St.

The experimental conditional status is subject to review after two years and was granted in response to a longstanding request from the Latin Mass community in the St. George Parish.

The applicable rules for other Catholic parishes and chapels will apply to St. Joan’s and members of the community must register with Father Irwin at 773-4715.
