Volunteer opportunities
Southside Senior Activity Center – Volunteers are needed to serve as travel department van drivers. Interested volunteers must be able to operate a 15-passenger van. All lunches and expenses for drivers will be covered. Contact Nina Mott at 535-0803.
Spokane Valley Meals on Wheels – Volunteers are needed to deliver meals to elderly and disabled persons in Spokane Valley. Volunteers must use their own vehicles to deliver meals and must pass a background check. Contact Pam Almeida at 924-6976.
Mid City Concerns – Send someone a Valentine treat while supporting Meals on Wheels. Cinnabon Cinn-a-grams will be delivered the morning of Feb. 14. For more information, contact Mollie Dalpae at 232-0864.
