Four-time defending State 1A champion Colfax ended Freeman’s bid for an undefeated season with a 46-28 Northeast A League victory over the Scotties Friday in Colfax.

Sadie Lazzarini and Kayla Johnson each scored a game-high eight points to guide the Bulldogs.

Carley Heinen had seven points for Freeman (13-1, 3-1).

Colfax (10-2, 3-0) outscored the Scotties 18-6 in the second quarter to take a 10-point lead into halftime.

Elsewhere in the league, Leslie Stillar scored 20 points to guide Lakeside to a 65-33 win over Newport. The Eagles (8-6, 2-2) outscored the Grizzlies 37-14 in the second half. Amber Lewis tallied a team-high 16 points for Newport (5-7, 0-3). … Chelsea Brauner scored 12 points and Jessica Coots and Chelsea Brisbois added 11 apiece as Kettle Falls beat visiting Chewelah (4-8, 0-3) 42-33. The Bulldogs (6-5, 2-1) came out strong in the third quarter, outscoring the Cougars 17-7 to take a nine-point lead into the fourth.

•Pullman jumped out to a big first-half lead and eased past Medical Lake 55-42 in a Great Northern League game at Medical Lake. Cory Druffel tossed in a game-high 12 points to lead the Greyhounds (9-1, 4-0), who outscored the Cardinals 14-4 in the first quarter. Chelsea Hardenbrook led Medical Lake (3-7, 1-3) with 10 points. Elsewhere, Hannah Love scored 14 points and Melissa Mauro added 12 points and seven rebounds to lead West Valley (9-1, 4-0) to a 53-34 victory over visiting Riverside. Chelsi Marshall tallied a team-high 12 points and Shea Spicer added 10 for Riverside (6-4, 0-4). … Sarah Dixon and Kyle Miller scored 17 points apiece to lead Cheney (5-5, 3-1) to a 47-30 win over Colville in Cheney. Emily Pond led Colville (4-5, 2-2) with 11 points.

Camille Reynolds scored 13 points and pulled down eight rebounds to guide host Lakeland (4-11, 2-6) to a 34-30 Inland Empire League victory over Sandpoint in Rathdrum. Brittany Oakley had a team-high eight points for the Bulldogs (7-9, 3-5).

•Liberty used a strong third-quarter effort to beat Reardan 58-46 in a Bi-County League game in Reardan. Teara Cornmesser scored 15 points and Kelly Hennessey added 14 to lead the Lancers (5-8, 5-4). Brook Ferderer tallied 18 points for Reardan (8-5, 6-3). … In other league games, Ashley Warnecke scored 19 points and Maddisen Peterson added 13 points and nine rebounds to lead Wilbur-Creston (7-5, 5-4) to a 47-32 victory over Almira/Coulee-Hartline in Wilbur. Nikki Osborne led the Warriors (8-6, 3-5) with 10 points. … Kenzie Graber tossed in 25 points and grabbed 10 rebounds to lead Davenport (6-7, 4-5) past visiting Valley Christian 45-39. Katie Worley led the Panthers (0-14, 0-9) with 19 points and 20 rebounds. … Devon Killian scored 12 points as Lind-Ritzville whipped host Odessa 68-12. The Broncos (10-3, 7-2) outscored the Tigers (3-7, 1-7) 38-6 in the second half.

Larissa Miller and Katie Torzewski scored 15 points each and Curlew came from behind to beat host Selkirk 49-46 in a Panorama League game in Ione. The Cougars (6-8, 5-4) outscored the Rangers 15-9 in the third quarter to erase a four-point halftime deficit. Maria Villegas tallied a game-high 21 points for Selkirk (6-7, 6-3). … Elsewhere, Lena Leverett-Standal scored 18 points and grabbed 12 rebounds as St. George’s beat visiting Columbia 46-22. Lauren Meyer added 12 points and five steals for the Dragons (13-1, 8-0), who outscored the Lions (0-13, 0-9) 20-2 in the first quarter. … Katie Drass scored a game-high 23 points to lead St. Michael’s past host Wellpinit 59-39. Tori South added 10 points for the Warriors (3-10, 2-7). Shelby LeBret led the Redskins (3-11, 3-6) with 21 points. … Traci Miller scored 14 points and Holly Edwards added 12 as Cusick (9-3, 6-2) defeated host Republic 49-39. Ashley Nygreen scored a game-high 18 points to lead Colton (12-0, 5-0) to a 53-39 Whitman County League victory over visiting Tekoa-Oakesdale. Desiree Chappell had 16 points and Shelby Puckett added 11 to guide the Nighthawks (7-6, 3-2). … Elsewhere, Karla Koller tossed in 18 points as LaCrosse-Washtucna (8-4, 1-3) topped Sprague-Harrington (1-10, 0-4) 41-24 in LaCrosse. … Rosalia used a big second-half effort to beat visiting Garfield-Palouse 45-33. Kate Hodges scored 15 points and Katelyn Maley added 11 to lead the Spartans (10-2, 2-2), who outscored the Vikings (9-3, 3-3) 28-15 in the second half.

Ruth Brunelle scored 16 points and Rian Miller added 10 points and 14 rebounds as Lakeside beat Clark Fork 45-21 in a North Star League game in Plummer. The Knights (5-7, 3-1) outscored the Wampus Cats 35-12 in the second half. Shaina Gustafson tallied a team-high 14 points for Clark Fork (7-7, 2-3).

Autumn Greene scored 18 points as Lewiston (7-9) edged Clarkston 52-50 in a non-league game in Lewiston. Kellie McCann-Smith tallied a team-high 17 points for the Bantams (4-6), who lost despite outscoring the Bengals 18-8 in the first quarter. … Elsewhere, Morgon VanderEsch scored a game-high 29 points as Grangeville (14-2) beat host Moscow 58-48. Chantel Divilbiss led the Bears (0-16) with 23 points.
