Marissa Propeck and Gabrielle Daily scored 15 points apiece as Medical Lake edged Colville 70-65 in overtime in a Great Northern League game Friday night in Colville.

Kaitlin McNeill added 13 points for the Cardinals (6-7, 4-3), who converted all nine of their free-throw attempts during overtime.

The Indians were led by Emily Pond, who scored 15 points.

Jordan Emmil added 14 points for Colville (4-8, 2-5), including a jumper with 7 seconds left in regulation that sent the game into overtime.

In other league games, Kirsi Voshell and Shelby Cheslek scored 14 points apiece as Pullman routed visiting Cheney 59-23. The Greyhounds (11-1, 6-0) led by four at the half but outscored the Blackhawks (6-7, 4-3) 40-8 in the second half. … Kellie McCann-Smith scored 15 of her team-high 18 points in the second half as Clarkston (6-6, 3-3) topped host Riverside 45-35. Samie Carlander led the Rams (7-6, 1-6) with 20 points on 9-of-13 shooting.

Brittany Oakley scored 16 points and Sandpoint pulled away in the second half and beat visiting Moscow 56-41 in an Inland Empire League game. Alissa Tenuto chipped in 12 points for the Bulldogs (7-11, 3-7), who outscored the Bears (0-17, 0-9) 30-10 in the second half.

Jordan Harazin had 18 points and six steals to guide Colfax (13-2, 6-0) to a 69-38 Northeast A League win over visiting Kettle Falls (7-7, 3-3). Chelsea Brauner led KF with 11 points. … Elsewhere in the league, Kelsey Schalock scored 19 points to lead Chewelah (5-9, 1-4) to a 43-40 win over visiting Newport. Amber Lewis led the Grizzlies (5-9, 0-5) with 14 points. … Mackenzie Taylor scored 11 points and Ashley Carrell added 10 as Freeman (15-1, 5-1) beat visiting Lakeside (8-8, 2-4) 53-31.

Kelly Hennessey and Teara Cornmesser scored 14 points apiece to lead Liberty (6-9, 6-5) to a 53-36 Bi-County League win over visiting Almira/Coulee-Hartline (8-8, 3-7). Heather Kjack added 10 points for the Lancers, who led 28-15 at the half. … Elsewhere in the league, Devon Killian scored 11 points and Kelsey Arlt and Cassie Cole added 10 apiece as Lind-Ritzville (13-3, 10-2) beat Wilbur-Creston 68-30 in Ritzville. Cassandra Herdrick scored 11 points to lead the Wildcats (9-6, 7-5). … Brook Ferderer had 16 points and 10 rebounds and Missy Warwick added a season-high 14 points as Reardan (9-7, 7-5) whipped visiting Odessa 57-18. The Indians outscored the Tigers (3-10, 1-9) 23-2 in the first quarter and led 33-8 at the half. … Galina Price scored 17 points and Taryn Russel added 14 as Northwest Christian routed host Valley Christian 61-14. Mackenzie Wilson had 19 points and eight rebounds to lead Curlew (8-8, 7-4) to a 57-52 Panorama League victory over visiting Inchelium. Jordan Signor scored 19 points and Serena Condon added 14 to lead the Hornets (6-8, 3-7). … Elsewhere in the league, Karissa Lehn scored 22 points and pulled down 21 rebounds to guide Republic (7-9, 6-6) to a 56-49 victory over visiting Wellpinit. Shelby LeBret tallied a game-high 27 points to lead the Redskins (3-14, 3-9). … Chessey Thomas scored 14 points and Lena Leverett-Standal added 12 points and eight rebounds to lead St. George’s (16-1, 11-0) past visiting Selkirk 51-32. Bridget Bower scored 14 points and Katie Redman added 13 points and 10 rebounds to lead Garfield-Palouse (11-3, 5-3) to a 59-48 Whitman County League upset of Colton in Garfield. Alisa Moehrle scored 12 points to lead the Wildcats (14-1, 7-1), who were the ranked No. 1 by the Associated Press. … Elsewhere, Kate Hodges tossed in 14 points and Michelle Maley and Kate Maley added 12 apiece as Rosalia (11-4, 3-4) beat visiting Sprague-Harrington (1-13, 0-7) 53-31. … Trisha Luft scored 14 points to lead St. John-Endicott to a 48-41 win over LaCrosse-Washtucna at Washtucna. Rian Miller scored a game-high 23 points to lead host Lakeside (7-8, 4-1) to a 47-24 North Star League victory over Wallace (1-12, 1-3) in Plummer. … Also in the league, Emily Frank scored 15 points and Hannah Nyrop added 11 points and six steals as host Kootenai (6-10, 4-0) routed Mullan 50-25 in Harrison. Fawn Story led the Tigers (0-10, 0-4) with 13 points.
