Kathleen Linsenbardt reported Saturday the $1,000 theft of jewelry from her home on the 800 block of North Third Street.

Larry Walls, loss prevention officer for Sears, reported Saturday the $1,299 theft of a tool set from the business at 200 W. Hanley Ave.

David O’Brien reported Saturday the $1,050 theft of a laptop and case from the lobby at Best Western Inn, 506 W. Appleway.

Kootenai County sheriff

Jennifer Schwartz, Athol, reported Tuesday the $420 theft of tools and an air compressor from a home under construction on the 30000 block of East Kaleb Lane near Spirit Lake.
