Power restored around Deer Park

Avista Utilities is reporting on its Web site that power has been restored to all customers in north Spokane County and Deer Park. A failure on a Bonneville Power Administration line caused the outage, an Avista spokesman said. BPA crews are working to fix the problem, he added. At the height of the outage, about 12,000 homes were in the dark.
