Teenager wanted on rape charge

A teenager accused of raping a woman in Cheney last month can’t be found, and Crime Stoppers is offering a reward for information leading to his capture. James H. Wilson, 19, is wanted on a charge of second-degree rape. His five-year criminal history includes convictions for minor in possession of alcohol, making false statements and violating court orders, according to Crime Stoppers. He’s lived in Medical Lake but is now a transient, according to a news release. Anyone with information on Wilson’s whereabouts is asked to call Crime Stoppers at (800) 222-TIPS or submit tips at crimestoppersinlandnorthwest.org.
