FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. – Dominic Waters capped a career-high 41-point performance by hitting two free throws with 6.5 seconds left in the fourth overtime Sunday to give Portland State a 92-91 win over Northern Arizona.

The Vikings (12-4, 3-0 Big Sky) trailed 36-20 at halftime and never led in regulation. They forced overtime when Waters’ layup in traffic with 9 seconds left tied the score at 57.

Cameron Jones had 21 points for Northern Arizona (4-10, 1-2).

Defending conference champion Portland State has won 17 consecutive Big Sky games.
