Teen drives ATV into traffic
NESPELEM, Wash. – A teen sustained minor injuries Saturday after driving his all-terrain vehicle into traffic, the Washington State Patrol said.
Just after noon on Saturday, Robert L. Parisien, 14, drove his ATV onto Cash Creek Road from Shiloh Road without yielding, hitting a Ford Expedition driven by Dustin Dewey Clyde Best, 32, WSP said.
Parisien was taken to Coulee Community Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Best was wearing a seat belt; Parisien was wearing a helmet. Both vehicles were totaled.
