Cheney

The Cheney Police Department made the following arrests between March 3 and 8:

March 3

•A 13-year-old male was arrested on charges of theft of prescription drugs at the 300 block of Cedar Street. Another 13-year-old male was also arrested in the incident on charges of trying to sell someone else’s prescription.

March 4

•Mike Y. Boggess, 44, was arrested on charges of indecent liberties at the 300 block of West First Street. Also arrested in the incident was Steve D. Virrey, 48, on charges of assault.

•Dillon J. Miller, 21, was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended license at the 100 block of Elm Street.

March 5

•Kenneth J. Morris, 32, was arrested on charges of burglary at the 2600 block of First Street.

•Bryce M. Sodorff, 22, was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at the 2300 block of University Lane.

March 6

•Ryan D. Snyder, 19, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol at the 800 block of First Street. Also arrested in the incident was Kyle C. Cady, 20, on charges of being a minor in possession of alcohol.

March 7

•James T. Schierman, 27, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, just outside of Cheney on Cheney-Spangle Road.

Medical Lake

The Medical Lake Police Department made the following arrests March 2 through 8:

•Allison A. McGill, 42, was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended license near Stanley and Evergreen streets.

March 3

•Chelsie M. Castagna, 23, was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended license near Stanley and Lake streets.

Airway Heights

The Airway Heights Police Department made the following arrests between March 1 and 7:

March 1

•Cory L. Zielke, 24, was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended license near Eighth Avenue and Lawson Street.

March 2

•Jennifer J. McCoy, 52, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol near Sunset Highway and Lundstrom Street.

March 3

•Mary J. Hall, 47, was issued a summons by the Airway Heights Prosecutor’s Office for assault charges in the 13500 block of Sunset Highway.

March 4

•Jeremy J. Richardson, 33, was arrested for driving with a suspended license near Sixth Avenue and Solar Street.

March 5

•Cecelia L. Stearns, 20, was picked up on a warrant from Spokane District Court with charges of driving under the influence of alcohol. Stearns was picked up near Sunset Highway and Lyons Road.

March 6

•Michael R. Scott, 45, was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended license near 18th Avenue and Lawson Street.

•Joshua K. Bingham, 24, was picked up on a felony warrant near 18th Avenue and Lawson Street.

March 7

•Roger L. Sparling, 63, was arrested on charges of theft/shoplifting in the 12800 block of 14th Avenue.
