Senior meals

For the week of Nov. 9-13

Monday – Option 1: Salmon loaf with dill sauce, mashed potatoes, orange glazed carrots, biscuit, fruit. Option 2: Beef stew, orange glazed carrots, biscuit, fruit.

Tuesday – 1: Swedish meatballs with rice, peas and carrots, spiced peaches, rye bread, cookie. 2: Chicken pot pie with vegetables, peas and carrots, spiced peaches, rye bread, cookie.

Wednesday – 1: Curried pork tenderloin in apple cider, baked potato with sour cream, broccoli, wheat dinner roll, fruit. 2: Teriyaki turkey meatloaf, baked potato with sour cream, broccoli, wheat dinner roll, fruit.

Thursday – 1: Macaroni and cheese, herbed green beans, stewed tomatoes, French bread, fruit. 2: Chicken Caesar salad, herbed green beans, stewed tomatoes, French bread, fruit.

Friday – 1: Butter beans with ham, spinach, cornbread, vegetable salad, fruit. 2: Chicken breast sandwich, spinach, cornbread, vegetable salad, fruit.
