For the ninth year, shoppers can board the horse and carriage for free at the corner of Wall Street and Main Avenue on Fridays from 3-8 p.m., Saturdays and Sundays from noon to 5 p.m., and on Christmas Eve from noon to 3 p.m. Riders receive free candy canes and coupons for coffee and hot chocolate specials at participating downtown Spokane coffeehouses.
