Grand jury indicts North Idaho trio on drug charges

Associated Press
SANDPOINT — A grand jury in northern Idaho has indicted three Bonner County residents on charges of delivering and trafficking drugs. First District Judge Steve Verby issued bench warrants for 52-year-old Chuck Dean Mack, 27-year-old Bree Ann Church and 24-year-old Morgon Kenney earlier this month. The Bonner County Daily Bee reported Monday that Mack and Kenney remain in custody at the Bonner County Jail, while Church has been released on a property bond. Church, whose case is sealed in public court records, is accused of delivering marijuana, ecstasy and cocaine. Mack, who is accused of trafficking marijuana and delivering marijuana, is scheduled to enter a plea on Sept. 7. Kenney will go to trial in December on charges that he delivered ecstasy, cocaine and hallucinogenic mushrooms.
