CDC lead threshold incorrect

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s threshold for public health action on children’s blood lead levels is 10 micrograms per deciliter. The unit of measure was incorrect in a story and graphic last Wednesday about blood-lead testing in Idaho’s Silver Valley, due to a reporter’s error.

Suspects arrested in New York

Two men accused of seeking terrorism training were arrested in New York. A headline Monday gave the wrong state because of a copy editor’s error.
