Linfield pummels Whitworth Pirates

Aaron Boehme threw for 187 yards and two touchdowns on 14-of-25 passing and rushed for 72 yards with three TDs and No. 12 Linfield (7-1, 5-0) rallied from a 17-14 halftime deficit to outgain Whitworth 257-81 after the break and beat the Pirates 42-17 in Northwest Conference action in McMinnville, Ore.

Taylor Eglet finished with 273 passing yards and two TDs at quarterback for the Pirates (4-5, 2-3), but they could not hold the halftime lead, allowing 28 consecutive points in the second half.

Pacific Lutheran 50, Pacific, 23: Jordan Rasmussen passed for 313 yards and four TDs as the Lutes (7-1, 4-1 NWC) crushed the Boxers (0-8, 0-6) in Forest Grove, Ore.

Central Washington 34, Simon Fraser 7: Bryson Kelly rushed for 110 yards and two touchdowns and the Wildcats (7-3, 6-1) clinched a share of the GNAC title with their win over the Clan in Ellensburg.

Carroll 46, Montana Tech 10: Gary Wagner passed for two TDs as the Saints (9-0, 9-0 Frontier) remained unbeaten with their win over the Orediggers (4-6, 4-5) in Butte, Mont.
