Couplet opponent’s pictures don’t tell the whole story

Phillip Rudy, a man on a mission. You’ve got to ask yourself why is Rudy so passionate about the one-ways.

He has great pictures of a congested Sprague from Pines to Sullivan, and a bleak and barren Sprague from University to the freeway. The only problem is that neither picture shows the big box stores. In fact the newest big box is just another grocery and it was built on the one-ways. City Hall and a public library don’t need one-ways!

Spending millions on Sprague will just be spending millions. Open up land between Sprague and Appleway for building and maybe they will come. Rudy’s business is on a one-way, he seems to be busy enough to buy full page ads in the paper!

Let’s play the game “Where’s Rudy?” He must be hiding in front of people with an agenda.
