Searchers find missing boys

They’re cold, but otherwise OK

Two boys who went missing Sunday afternoon near the intersection of Mill Road and Fairwood Drive were found cold but apparently unharmed about 11 p.m. The boys – identified only as Carson, 7, and Jordan, 9 – were last seen about 4 p.m. and were reported missing about 5:20 p.m. Search-and-rescue units with dogs and the sheriff’s helicopter scoured the Little Spokane River drainage to find them. Sheriff’s Detective Dave Thornburg said the boys were located near the Little Spokane River.
