Pellet gun attack closes school
SEATTLE – A North Seattle school went into lockdown Friday evening after five male suspects accosted a student and two of them began shooting him in the buttocks with pellet guns, Seattle Police said.
The incident occurred after a verbal altercation, and officers responded just after 7:30 p.m., police said.
The principal was on campus at the time and placed the school into “lockdown” after learning that there were weapons on campus.
All five suspects ran off and remain at large. Nobody was reported injured. The lockdown was lifted a short time later.
