Obituary: Hopkins, Judith Kay

HOPKINS,
Judith

Judith Kay Hopkins, born on March 11, 1942 in Grand Junction, Colorado, lost a courageous battle to cancer on July 27, 2012.

Her family surrounded her with much love during her illness.
Judi worked as a nurse at Deaconess Medical Center for over 30 years, taking care of others as if they were her own.

She loved crafting, watching tennis with her sister,
G-Ann, and spending time with her dear grandson Logan and dog Snowee.

Judi is survived by her children Kirk Hopkins (Chris Nack), Brett Hopkins, and Kim Hopkins (son Logan), and also by her former husband and the father of her children, Larry Hopkins.
She is also survived by her sisters: Geni Kent, Jan (Chris Allen), and Becky Mulberry; nephew Troy Kent (sons Gage and Koby); niece Jamie (Brian Parisotto and children Desmond and Bradee); and niece Lindsay Mulberry (son Carter).
Thanks so much to Horizon Hospice and her nurse Amy for taking such great care of our mother and family.
Always have loved you, still love you, always will love you.
