Senior meals

For the week of Aug. 27-31.

Monday – Option 1: Hamburgers with lettuce and tomato, potato salad, dinner roll, peach cobbler. Option 2: Beef stew, dinner roll, peach cobbler.

Tuesday – 1: Fish filet with dill sauce, baked potato with sour cream, herbed green beans, biscuit, fruit. 2: Meatloaf sandwich, herbed green beans, fruit.

Wednesday – 1: Roast turkey with gravy, garlic mashed potatoes, vegetables, chilled pears. 2: Chili con carne, garlic mashed potatoes, vegetables, chilled pears.

Thursday – 1: Swedish meatballs with rice, peas and carrots, spiced peaches, rye bread, cookie. 2: Tuna salad sandwich, vegetable beef soup, spiced peaches, cookie.

Friday – 1: Chicken fajita with a flour or corn tortilla and cheese, lettuce, tomato, salsa and sour cream, fruit. 2: Sloppy Joe on a bun, fruit.
