Obituary: Schweitzer, Leonard H.
Born in Neche, ND, on March 15, 1925, to Phillip and Katherine Schweitzer, he resided in Spokane for 57 years and served his country honorably in the U.S. Navy.
On June 3, 1967, he married Midge, the love of his life.
He retired from Caterpillar Co. after nearly 40 years, then enjoyed RVing and fishing.
Leonard is survived by his wife; daughters, Linda McGinn (John) and Dorothy Slagle; sons, David Schweitzer (Jan), Gary Slagle (Alice), and Neil Schweitzer.
Preceded in death by two sons, Steven Schweitzer and Randy Slagle.
He was a warm, loving gentleman, beloved by all.
