Senior meals

For the week of Feb. 20-24

Monday – Option 1: Fish fillet with dill sauce, mashed potatoes, carrots, biscuit, fruit. Option 2: Beef stew, mashed potatoes, carrots, biscuit, fruit.

Tuesday – 1: Swedish meatballs with rice, peas and carrots, spiced peaches, rye bread, cookie. 2: Tuna sandwich, vegetable beef soup, peas and carrots, spiced peaches, cookie.

Wednesday – 1: Portuguese pork with peppers, baked potatoes with sour cream, broccoli, wheat dinner roll, fruit. 2: Sloppy Joe on a bun, baked potatoes with sour cream, broccoli, fruit.

Thursday – 1: Macaroni and cheese, herbed green beans, stewed tomatoes, French bread, fruit. 2: Chicken Caesar salad, herbed green beans, stewed tomatoes, French bread, fruit.

Friday – 1: Butter beans with ham, spinach, cornbread, vegetable salad, fruit. 2: Chicken breast sandwich, spinach, vegetable salad, fruit.
