Religion Notebook: Sharing stories, soup

Central Baptist Church, 19 W. Shannon St., will present “Our Story and God’s Story,” a soup supper during Lent that will include members of the congregation sharing stories of their spiritual journey, from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday.

The church will also offer worship with the Rev. Rick Church Sunday at 11 a.m. Church will speak on the topic, “Show Me Your Path, O Lord.”

During the coffee hour, the American Baptist Women will display quilts and baby clothes they have made for their mission projects.

Body, Mind and Spirit Fair

Unity Church, 2900 S. Bernard St., will host the Spokane Holistic Chamber of Commerce Mind, Body, Spirit Fair from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday.

Events and lectures throughout the day include an introduction to Zumba fitness, a drum circle, a group ancient Tibetan bowl sound bath, a crystal enhanced sacred geometry chamber and speakers.
