Detectives investigating suspicious death in north Spokane

Detectives are investigating a suspicious death north of Spokane. A body was located at a home in the 100 block of East Regina Avenue, according to the Spokane County Sheriff’s Office. Sheriff’s spokesman Sgt. Dave Reagan said he was notified of the death about 2:30 p.m. Reagan said he does not know what led detectives to the home. He declined to release further details about the identity of the deceased or the suspicious nature of the death. “Until we know more we’re going to keep our cards close to our chest. That’s typical in this sort of thing,” Reagan said. “We may have more to release tomorrow.”
