September 2, 2012
A private burial service was held in Babyland at the Fairmount Memorial Cemetery followed by a family gathering on September 21, 2012.

Grace is survived by her parents, Angela A. Chatterton and Justin J. Shemwell.

The family would like to express heartfelt thanks to Carolyn Ringo, RN with the Forget Me Not program, Douglas Barber, MD and Nancy Starr, MD, from Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center; staff from Deaconess Medical Center ICU and Labor and Delivery; Pastor Liv Larson Andrews and Cheri Nelson of the Salem Lutheran Church.

Sincere appreciation for the extraordinary caring and compassionate professionals at the Rockwood Midwifery Center with special thanks to Leanne Zilar, CNM and Lauren Armstrong, CNM.

Angela and Justin would further like to express their deep appreciation to their family and friends for their enduring support and love over the past months, without which they would not have survived this journey of uncertainty.
