COMING UP: Tonight at Texas-San Antonio, 5; Saturday at Texas State, noon

OUTLOOK: The Vandals’ final kick of the regular season begins tonight in San Antonio, where they’ll try to complete a season sweep of UTSA. Idaho has three regular-season WAC games remaining – all against teams below them in the standings – before the conference tournament in Las Vegas. At 5-10 in WAC play, the Vandals can finish no better than sixth place, where they sit now. If they keep their current spot, they’ll avoid the play-in round for the bottom four seeds. San Jose State and Texas State, the Vandals’ opponent Saturday, are 1 1/2 games behind them in the standings.
