Senior meals

For the week of March 11-15.

Monday – Option 1: Spaghetti with meat sauce, steamed vegetables, bread, fruit. Option 2: Cottage cheese plate, steamed vegetables, fruit.

Tuesday – 1: Swedish meatballs with rice, steamed vegetables, dinner roll, dessert. 2: Meatloaf sandwich, steamed vegetables, dessert.

Wednesday – 1: Roast turkey with gravy, garlic mashed potatoes, steamed vegetables, fruit. 2: Chile con carne, steamed vegetables, fruit.

Thursday – 1: Fish filet with dill sauce, rice pilaf, steamed vegetables, bread, fruit. 2: Beef stew, steamed vegetables, fruit.

Friday – 1: Beef goulash, steamed vegetables, bread, fruit. 2: Tuna salad sandwich with vegetable soup, steamed vegetables, fruit.
