NBA armed with sleeved jerseys for Christmas teams

NBA players are dressing up for Christmas – in sleeves. The leagued debuted short-sleeved jerseys Thursday for the 10 teams that will play on the holiday, replacing the traditional sleeveless NBA uniforms. The jerseys feature a large logo in the center on the front of the jersey. The player’s number is featured on the left sleeve and on the back, not on the front like a traditional jersey. Adidas, which outfits NBA teams, debuted sleeved jerseys for a few teams last season, including the Golden State Warriors (pictured). Playing on Christmas are Miami, New York, Brooklyn, Chicago, Houston, Oklahoma City, Golden State and both the Los Angeles Lakers and Clippers.
