With Gonzaga Prep graduate Bishop Sankey leading the way, the University of Washington defeated Washington State 27-17 in Seattle on Friday to win the 106th Apple Cup. Sankey, who once committed to WSU but changed his mind, ran for 200 yards to become UW’s all-time leading rusher.
