Obituary: Elixman, Harold Arthur

Age 75

ELIXMAN, Harold Arthur (Age 75) Harold was born March 22, 1939 in Spokane to John Franklin and Viola May Elixman.

He passed away December 11, 2014.

He graduated from Logan School and attended both North Central and Rogers High Schools, earning All-City and All-State honors as a running back in football.

Harold joined the US Army earning distinction in the 82nd Airborne Division.

He would marry Joan Patricia on July 1, 1961.

Harold worked and retired from White’s Boots where he specialized in leather-cutting and boot-lasting.

He was a lifelong resident of Spokane and was a significant softball figure in the 70’s and 80’s.

Harold is a former parishioner of St. Charles Parish in Spokane.

He is survived by sons: Mark Joseph, Oceanside, CA, Jay Patrick, Spokane, William Arthur, Spokane; grandchildren: Aaron, Rochester, WA and Korrie, Spokane.

A Funeral Service will be held Friday, December 19th at 12:30 pm at Heritage Chapel with interment to follow at Fairmount Memorial Park.
