Tia Presley, Lia Galdeira lead WSU women past Loyola Marymount

LOS ANGELES – With guards Tia Presley and Lia Galdeira leading the way, Washington State wrapped up nonconference play with an 87-60 women’s basketball victory over Loyola Marymount on Monday.

The Cougars (9-2), off to their best start since 1995-96, received 16 points and six assists from Presley, a senior from Gonzaga Prep, and 15 points and six rebounds from Galdeira.

WSU hit a season-high 12 3-pointers.
