For the week of Feb. 24-28.

Monday – Option 1: Beef stroganoff with pasta, beets, roll, fruit. Option 2: Fishwich with lettuce, tomato, and tartar sauce, beets, fruit.

Tuesday – 1: Meat loaf with gravy, mashed potatoes, roll, steamed vegetables, fruit. 2: Egg salad sandwich, chicken noodle soup, steamed vegetables, fruit.

Wednesday – 1: Chicken and wild rice casserole, roll, steamed vegetables, fruit. 2: Hamburger on a bun with lettuce and tomato, steamed vegetables, fruit.

Thursday – 1: Pork roast with gravy, potato, roll, steamed vegetables, fruit. 2: Creamy dill tuna salad, steamed vegetables, fruit.

Friday – 1: Macaroni and cheese, roll, steamed vegetables, fruit. 2: Chicken fajita mix with cheese, lettuce, tomato, salsa, and sour cream on a flour or corn tortilla, fruit.
