Four corners: Washington State Cougars

Coming up: Saturday vs. Washington, 3 p.m. (Pac-12 Wash.)

Outlook: The Cougars are hoping that a healthy crowd and energetic atmosphere can help them get on the winning track against the Huskies. While Washington (13-8, 5-3 Pac-12) has played well of late, Washington State has little to lose at this point in the season. The Huskies, however, could lose all of their recent progress with a loss to WSU (8-12, 1-7 Pac-12) and could play tentatively because of it. C.J. Wilcox leads the Huskies in scoring and is second in the conference at 19.6 ppg. Nothing would help the Cougars as much as the return of leading scorer DaVonte Lacy, which WSU coach Ken Bone earlier this week said could be imminent.
