Obituary: Johnston, Kenneth Michael

JOHNSTON, Kenneth Michael Kenneth Michael Johnston, 70, of Clayton WA returned home to his father in heaven on May 29th 2014.

“Ken” Johnston, son of Otis and Jean Johnston, loving husband of Pamela Jeanne Johnston and older brother to David Johnston, passed away at Holy Family Hospital in Spokane, WA after a short battle with cancer.

He is survived by his wife Pam; four sons Garret, Jack, Eric, Joshua; and three daughters Nicole, Melissa, Tricia.

He is also survived by twelve grandchildren.

Ken worked as a drapery installer, restaurant supplies sales person, and then truck driver until his retirement in 2012.

He loved building and racing muscle cars in his youth and continued his love of driving cars throughout his life.

He also enjoyed fishing, deer hunting, and evening walks with Pam.

He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

A funeral service will be held Monday, June 2, 2014 at 34221 N. Newport HWY Chattaroy, WA at 11am.
