Tribal police seek Worley shooting suspect

Staff reports
Coeur d’Alene tribal police are searching for a man tied to a Worley, Idaho, shooting early Saturday that left another man hospitalized. Timothy Ray Allen, Jr., a 22-year-old tribal member, is suspected of shooting another man in the groin area. Police discovered the shooting after they were called to a Worley home for a domestic attack. As they cleared the scene, officers noticed blood leading to a different room in the home. They developed Allen as a suspect and reported Sunday that he has a violent criminal history including assault and eluding police. Tribal police spokeswoman Heather Keen said the victim is a member of another tribe living in the Worley area. She did not know whether the victim knew Allen or if police have a shooting motive.
