Spokane Police Major Crimes detectives are investigating an apparent homicide inside an apartment in the 500 block of South Hatch Street, just south of Interstate 90. A 34-year-old black man was found dead inside his apartment, detectives said. No suspects are in custody, but detectives are following leads, police said.
