Man killed by woman’s husband identified

The man who died Wednesday after a fight at a home in Spokane Valley has been identified as Sean R. Logon, 44.

His cause of death still is under investigation, according to the Spokane County Medical Examiner’s Office. State records show that Logon was a licensed real estate agent.

The husband, who has not been charged with a crime, arrived home from a trip Wednesday to find Logon with his wife in their home in the 14800 block of East Queen Avenue, according to the Spokane County Sheriff’s Office. At the time, Logon reportedly hit the husband several times with a golf club and fled out a window.

Police were called back to the home later that day for a reported fight. The husband reported that Logon had returned to the home and forced his way inside and the two fought. When police arrived, Logan was conscious and bleeding but incoherent. He died at a hospital later that day.

The Sheriff’s Office has not released the name of the husband.
