PULLMAN – The Cougars and Huskies will kick off at 5 p.m. on FOX in next week’s Apple Cup game, Washington State announced Saturday night.

WSU (9-2, 6-2) can win the Pac-12 North by beating Washington in the annual rivalry game, but the Huskies are no longer eligible for a spot in the conference title game due to Stanford’s 17-14 win over Cal Saturday in Palo Alto. The Cardinal will represent the North in the Pac-12 championship game if the Cougars lose to the Huskies in Seattle.

UW has won every Apple Cup since 2012 and the Huskies haven’t lost to the Cougars at Husky Stadium since the 2007 game.
