Suspect wanted in connection with Coeur d’Alene bank robbery

A man robbed a Coeur d’Alene bank Saturday afternoon and got away with cash, according to Coeur d’Alene Police Department.

Around 1 p.m., a man walked into Mountain West at 1717 Kathleen Avenue and slipped a teller a note demanding money, police said.

The man – described as white or hispanic and between 20 and 30 years old – was given an undisclosed amount of cash and fled the scene.

He is also described as 5-foot-8 with a bandage across the bridge of his nose.

No other details of the robbery were provided.
