Police arrest man suspected of shooting at girlfriend

From staff reports

Police arrested a Spokane man Saturday accused of shooting at his girlfriend several times with a shotgun as she drove away from a home they shared.

Kevin O’Quinn, 45, had barricaded himself inside a home on the 1600 block of East Nebraska Avenue. He has since been released from custody. He is not allowed to be near his girlfriend.

His girlfriend, who did not check herself into a hospital, according to court records, has not cooperated with investigators.
