Softball: Katie McKinnis went 3 for 3 with a triple and two RBIs and Mt. Spokane (15-3, 14-2) beat University (12-6, 12-4) 8-2 on Tuesday in a Greater Spokane League game.
Kaitly Zemke went 3 for 4 with and RBI and a double for Mt. Spokane and Emily Stannard went 3 for 3 for University.
Baseball: West Valley 5, Pullman 4: Blake Transue went 3 for 4 with an RBI and the visiting Eagles (11-9, 7-5) beat the Greyhounds (16-5, 8-4) in a Great Northern league game.
