Prep boys soccer: Jensen Shypitka lifts Central Valley over Ferris in overtime

Central Valley 2, Ferris 1 (OT): Jensen Shypitka scored the winning goal in overtime and the Bears (5-0-2-0) beat the visiting Saxons (6-0-0-1) at Albi Stadium on Friday.

North Central 4, Rogers 2: Marcus Abdel-Malek scored two first-half goals and the visiting Indians (3-4-0-0) beat the Pirates (0-7-0-0) at Albi Stadium on Friday.

Medical Lake at Colville: 4 p.m.

Mt. Spokane 3, Shadle Park 0: Cameron Sing Jr. found the net twice and the Wildcats (2-5-0-0) defeated the visiting Highlanders (1-6-0-0). Nolan Siegel made six saves in the shutout.

Mead 2, University 1 (SO): Carson Tucker kicked the winning goal in a shootout and the visiting Panthers (3-2-2-0) defeated the Titans (4-2-0-1).

Northeast A

Medical Lake 1, Colville 0: Carter Pivonka scored the decisive goal in the 75th minute and the visiting Cardinals (2-3-0-1) edged the Indians (6-3-1-0) on Friday. Taye Jones made five saves to preserve the clean sheet.

Lakeside 6, Okanogan 1: Jeff Friedman and Ethan Williams scored two goals apiece and the visiting Eagles (11-0-1) defeated Okanogan in a nonleague match on Friday afternoon.
