Mr. And Mrs. Bassett Spokane
Lawrence J. and June V. Bassett, Spokane, will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with a reception at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Sinto Senior Center.
Hosting the event will be their children and spouses: Lawrence J. Bassett Jr., Kirkland, Wash.; Scott and Tammy Bassett, Spokane; and Thomas Bassett and Christie Smith, Edwards, Colo.
The Bassetts were married April 22, 1947, in Chickasha, Okla. They have five grandchildren.
