Hints From Heloise

King Features Syndicate

Dear Heloise: When my children may need a medication at night, I premeasure it the night before and put it in a labeled bottle, like a bottle of the same medicine from a previous refill.

That prevents my making a dangerous error in the middle of the night. It is also a good way for a baby sitter to give medication. One dose in a labeled bottle.

It can make a big difference in a medical emergency situation. - Janet Hogan, Huntsville, Ala. xxxx?
