Forms for engagement, wedding, anniversary and centennial birthday announcements must be completed. Forms can be downloaded from The Spokesman-Review Web site at www.spokanesmanreview.com, requested by sending e-mail to jennifermc@spokesman.com or by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to Announcements, P.O. Box 2160, Spokane, WA 99210. Please indicate which form you want.

Announcements for weddings, anniversaries (50th and above), Five Generations and centennial birthdays will be published with photos.

A Five Generations photo must include, on a separate sheet of paper or Word document if by e-mail, the full names, relationship and city of residence for all individuals pictured and a contact telephone number. Label it “Five Generations” and send it to the e-mail or post office addresses listed above.

Photos sent electronically must be in .jpg format of at least 200 dpi.

To have your photo returned, please include a self-addressed, stamped envelope with your submission.

You may also submit your announcement to The Spokesman-Review Front Desk, 999 W. Riverside Ave., in Spokane, 99210.
