Wedding vows were exchanged by Elizabeth Sachse and David Cline in a July 21 ceremony in a chapel at Roche Harbor on San Juan Island, Wash.

Tom and Lou Sachse, Spokane, are parents of the bride. The groom is the son of Bob and Mary Beth Cline, Fort Collins, Colo.

A reception at the Pavilion at Roche Harbor followed the ceremony. The couple are living in Seattle after a honeymoon in Tahiti.

The bride, a graduate of Montana State University, is an education director at AGC Education Foundation. The groom, a graduate of Colorado State University, works as an environmental engineer at Tetra Tech.
