It’s 5 puts Cashmere on the spirits map

Cashmere is best known as the home of Washington’s famous Aplets and Cotlets candies, but this small town is home to another artisan purveyor.

It’s 5 Artisan Distillery, owned by distiller and former chef Colin Levi, is now distributing its gin, bourbon and other spirits in Spokane. The distillery’s signature Northwest Dry Gin has been praised for its array of botanical flavors beyond juniper berries, including hibiscus, coriander, citrus peel, cardamom and star anise. The latest release from It’s 5 is a Reserve Bourbon aged for four years in new American oak barrels.

There are more details at its5distillery.com , or reach the distillery at (509) 860-0102.
