Book Notes: Seattle restaurateur, noted food blogger to read at Auntie’s

From Staff Reports

Molly Wizenberg, the Seattle restaurateur and writer behind the award-winning Orangette food blog, will be in Spokane next week reading from her latest book, “Delancey: A Man, a Woman, a Restaurant, a Marriage.”

The New York Times best-selling book delves into the marital crisis sparked when she and her husband opened their first restaurant, Delancey, in Seattle.

Wizenberg will be at Auntie’s Bookstore at 7 p.m. June 24. Her first book, “A Homemade Life,” was also a New York Times best-seller.

A limited number of fans can enjoy dinner from South Perry Pizza with Wizenberg before the reading. Tickets to the dinner are $40, and will include a copy of the book. Call or visit the store for details: (509) 838-0206 or 402 W. Main Ave.

Admission to the reading only is, as usual, free.
