Remington’s updates lunch, dinner offerings

Remington’s, the restaurant at the Spokane Airport Ramada, has new lunch and dinner menus.

Executive chef Katie Freeman showcases local ingredients in dishes such as huckleberry baby back ribs and pumpkin seed-encrusted Idaho rainbow trout.

Look for locally grown green garbanzo beans in the housemade hummus on the Mediterranean platter and in the Mediterranean wrap.

Steamer clams and mussels, crab-stuffed mushrooms, Sriracha crab cakes and burgers and sandwiches, such as the pretzel smash and portobella mushroom melt, round out the menus.

Find Remington’s dining room grill and café at 8909 W. Airport Drive. Call (509) 838-5211.
