Police said Friday in a statement that when officers arrived, the three suspects were spotted running away.

Officers found a van across the street from the dispensary loaded with marijuana plants and a rifle.

Arrested were 23-year-old Joshua Nathan Nice, 23-year-old Winston Oscar Mcleod and 26-year-old Seth Laban Williams.

All face burglary charges.
